Information We Collect
When you purchase a resume through our service, we collect the following information:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your work history, certifications, skills, and career information as provided in the intake form
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we never store your card details directly)
We also collect limited website usage information through Google Analytics and Google Ads as described below. We do not send your resume content, email address, phone number, intake token, or review token to these analytics services.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Generate your resume and cover letter
- Deliver your completed documents to the email address you provide
- Respond to any revision requests or support emails you send us
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Data Retention
We retain your intake form responses and generated resume documents for up to 90 days in case you need a revision or have a support request. After that period, your data is deleted from our systems. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-powered resume generation
- Netlify — website hosting
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — website usage, funnel measurement, and advertising conversion measurement
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data needed for each service to function.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Correct any inaccurate information

Analytics, Advertising, and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and where people move through the resume-ordering process. This includes page visits and events such as viewing the sample resume, clicking checkout, reaching the post-checkout page, completing the intake form, and approving a resume. Event parameters are designed not to contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, resume content, or access tokens.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar device identifiers and may collect technical information such as browser and device type, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring site, and interaction timestamps. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether purchases follow our ads. Netlify separately collects basic hosting information such as page loads and bandwidth.
