These Terms of Service govern your use of jamupresumes.com and the resume writing service provided by Jam Up Resumes. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
The Service
Jam Up Resumes provides AI-assisted professional resume and cover letter writing for industrial and construction trade workers. After payment and completion of the intake form, you will receive a resume and cover letter package delivered to your email address.
Payment
Payment of $49.99 (sale price) is required before the intake form is unlocked. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment you authorize the charge to your provided payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Delivery
Your completed resume package will be delivered to the email address you provide in 5 minutes or less after submitting your intake form. Delivery times may vary but we make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.
You will receive four files: a branded PDF resume, a branded PDF cover letter, an ATS-safe Word resume, and a Word cover letter.
Revisions
If you are not satisfied with your resume, email us at orders@jamupresumes.com with specific feedback and we will revise it. We stand behind our work and want you to have something you're proud to send out.
Refund Policy
Because our service involves the immediate creation of a custom document using your personal information, all sales are generally final. However if we are unable to deliver your resume within a reasonable timeframe, or if there is a technical error that prevents delivery, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests for other reasons are reviewed on a case by case basis — email us and we'll work something out.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information in the intake form. We build your resume based on what you tell us — we cannot verify employment history or certifications.
- Ensuring the email address you provide is correct and able to receive attachments.
- Completing the intake form after payment. If you pay but do not complete the form, your resume cannot be generated. Contact us if you have trouble accessing the form.
Intellectual Property
The resume and cover letter documents we generate are yours to use however you like — send them to employers, print them, edit them. You own the output. We retain no rights to the documents after delivery.
The Jam Up Resumes brand, website design, and underlying systems are our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Jam Up Resumes provides a resume writing service. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. A well-written resume improves your chances but we cannot guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring decisions made by third parties.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
